Listing Input & Support

Task List

Agent:

Provide all of the executed required information at least 24 business hours in advance of listing. Order/coordinate photos.

 

Closing So Simple:

Check in to determine what files you have coming up so I can be prepared for your future listings.

  • Maintain loop by keeping all documents in order and compliant

  • Upload docs to Dotloop

  • Submit docs to admin

  • Email introduction to your sellers

  • Order sign to be installed

  • Enter all listing information provided by you into the MLS: via the LIP Sheet or other documentation i.e. previous MLS listing

  • Confirm/update information from the county assessor site including taxes

  • Confirm schools

  • Upload pictures

  • Upload associated docs to MLS

  • Save as a partial and inform agent

  • Make listing live on the MLS when directed

  • Setup of showing instructions in ShowingTime with information provided by you

  • Add Open House to MLS, if necessary

  • Order home warranty, if on listing contract

  • Addenda preparation with direction from agent; plus signature requests as needed

  • Maintain listing until pending i.e. cancel/relist, price changes, etc.
