When you get a new property under contract, simply text or email us the property address. That’s it! We’ll confirm we’ve received it and get everything rolling for you right away.

Once you send the address, you can relax. We’ll handle the contract coordination, timelines, and details behind the scenes while keeping you informed every step of the way. Our goal is to make your transactions smooth, stress-free, and successful.
